Block of the Month/Fabric Clubs

This a a lovely 7 month Block of the Month with the first pick up on Saturday, March 3rd
A pre-authorization from is required to regsiter. Fabrics not exactly as shown but will be as similar as possible.

12 month - Block of the Month Program!
Starts Saturday Feb 18th - LIMITED SPACES!!
Deadline to register is Sunday February 5th (or until Full)

RULES:

· 10$ registration fee

· Every 3^rd Saturday of the month – bring in your COMPLETED block anytime THAT day….you receive your next block FREE. If you do not come in with your completed block on that Saturday…you can still get your next block, but a penalty of $10 will apply.

· If you CANNOT get in to get your block you MUST notify us within ONE WEEK after the pick up date or your registration will be cancelled and the $10 registration fee will be applied to that last block we cut for you.

· IF you complete the WHOLE program without even ONE PENALTY – you will receive your $10 registration fee back (in form of gift card) and you will automatically be entered to win a $100 Suzy Q’s Quilt Shop Gift Card.

· This program consist of fabric and patterns to make TWELVE 12 ½” blocks.
